We’re expanding our international presence and looking for a self-driven, commercially minded Customer Service Representative. As part of Global Sales, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and driving growth through proactive service and insights.

You will

  • Manage customer requests and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support both B2B and B2C sales across all brands.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate digitally with teams in Europe to share actionable insights and solutions.

You are

  • Experienced in customer support and e-commerce, ideally within premium goods or interiors.
  • Self-motivated, structured and confident working digitally across time zones.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
